The New Black Freedom Movement, (TNBFM.com) is an organization dedicated to achieving Black liberation through economic, social, educational, and political empowerment. This plan outlines a 100-year strategy to build a self-sufficient ecosystem for Black America. Moving beyond the historical focus on voting and civil rights challenges, this plan focuses on long-term institution-building, economic independence, and collective power. The strategy begins with grassroots organizing and culminates in the establishment of a robust, self-sustaining economic infrastructure, ensuring a prosperous future for Black communities for generations to come.
2. Organizational Description
- Mission: Our mission is to move past the questions of our past and toward the measured, tangible future that we build, ensuring freedom and liberation for Black people and their children.
- Vision: Our Vision: To establish a Future where Black individuals and their descendants experience complete Freedom and Liberation, rooted in tangible progress and measurable outcomes.

3. The Grand Strategy: A 100-Year Plan for Liberation
The TNBFM's plan is not a short-term initiative but a generational project spanning a full century.
Phase 1: Grassroots Organizing and Foundation (Years 1–2: 2025–2027)
- Objective: To lay the groundwork for a national movement by mobilizing and organizing local chapters.
- Activities:
- Establish a core leadership team and a working Board of Directors.
- Develop a standardized training curriculum for grassroots organizers.
- Launch membership drives and community engagement programs in target cities.
- Create digital and communication platforms to amplify the movement's message.
- Measurable Goals: Establish chapters in at least 10 major metropolitan areas with a substantial Black population; recruit 5,000 active members.
Phase 2: Headquarters and Centralization (Years 3–5: 2027–2030)
- Objective: To establish a central hub for the movement's activities.
- Activities:
- Purchase and renovate a headquarters facility in Los Angeles to serve as the national operational center.
- Establish administrative functions, including finance, legal, marketing, and program management.
- Host national leadership summits and training conferences.
- Measurable Goals: Secure the Los Angeles headquarters; hire full-time staff to manage operations.
Phase 3: Educational Infrastructure (Years 6–10: 2030–2034)
- Objective: To construct independent educational facilities to provide an alternative, culturally relevant education for Black children.

- Acquire land and begin construction on the first educational facilities, which will include schools, trade centers, and vocational training programs.
- Develop a curriculum focused on Black history, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship.
- Partner with Black educators and community leaders to staff and oversee the facilities.
- Measurable Goals: Open the first TNBFM Educational Facility; enroll 500 students in initial programs.
Phase 4: Economic Independence Through Food (Years 11–15: 2035–2040)
- Objective: To build a self-sustaining food infrastructure by launching a national grocery store chain.
- Activities:
- Develop a franchise model for a grocery store chain focusing on quality, affordable food.
- Establish a supply chain network by partnering directly with Black farmers and producers of meat and poultry.
- Launch the first 10 franchise locations in communities served by the movement.
- Measurable Goals: Establish 10 TNBFM grocery store franchises; build a network of 100 Black farmers and producers.
